GET /v1/species

Returns all tree species currently available for predictions in Canopi’s network.

No parameters. Just authentication.

Response

The response includes all 20 species currently available in the Pacific Northwest coverage region.

Each species entry includes the FIA species code (used in API requests), common name, scientific name, family, type (conifer or hardwood), and which regions and methods have prediction data available.

Use the code value in the species_code field when calling the predict endpoints.
